Improving physical and mental wellbeing with dementia-friendly activities
Our weekly AGEING WELL sessions help to improve social connection, as well as physical and mental wellbeing. From arts and crafts sessions in Southam to Movement to Music in Kenilworth, we provide dementia-friendly activities across Warwickshire.

Arts and Crafts Southam with Jess for over 60s
Take part in a range of carefully crafted, mindful arts and crafts sessions with friendly support and guidance. Suitable for all abilities and people living with dementia, Parkinsons or other disabilities. Carers welcome to come and support. Refreshments provided.

Join us at Kenilworth Library (back of building) for our gentle movement sessions set to familiar tunes. These sessions aim to improve your mental and physical wellbeing.
Sessions include one hour of movement and half an hour of social time, giving you a wonderful opportunity to meet new friends. Refreshments are also included.
